This notice explains how ALLSoft Agency handles information submitted through the project enquiry form on allsoftagency.com.
Who is responsible
The data controller is ALLURO TRADE EXPRESS SRL, trading as ALLSoft Agency, a company registered in Romania under VAT number RO42391478 and registration number J2020003687406.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to provide: name, work email, company, website, service interest and project context. We also record basic attribution fields such as landing path, referrer origin, campaign parameters and advertising click IDs when available. A session-only browser record preserves these first-visit fields if you move between pages; it does not contain the details typed into the form.
Why we use it
We use this information only to review your enquiry, reply, assess fit and take requested pre-contract steps. We do not add project enquiries to a marketing list without a separate choice.
Where it goes
The form sends data server-to-server to the private ALLSoft Agency CRM. The site infrastructure may process request metadata through our hosting and security providers. Access is limited to people who need it to qualify or answer the enquiry.
Retention
Inactive enquiries are reviewed for deletion after 24 months unless a shorter period is requested or records must be kept for an active contract, legal obligation or legitimate dispute.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
